All services are delivered according to agreed proposals, contracts, timelines, and scope of work.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing services, or signing a service agreement, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
4. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate during project execution
- Provide required materials, access, and approvals on time
- Ensure that any content provided does not violate third-party rights
Project delays caused by the Client may result in timeline extensions and additional costs.
5. Payments
- Service prices are agreed in writing
- Payments must be made in advance or according to contract milestones
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated in a separate Refund Policy
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, code, graphics, documents, and materials developed by UNIVERSAL TECH LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- After full payment, usage or ownership rights may be transferred as specified in writing
- UNIVERSAL TECH LLC may display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
UNIVERSAL TECH LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit or business interruption
- Loss of data caused by third-party systems or cyberattacks
- Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service concerned.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers such as:
- Hosting services
- Payment processors
- Advertising platforms
- Cloud services
We are not responsible for failures caused by these third parties beyond our control.
10. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- Services are used for illegal purposes
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or misuse is detected

We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and our Privacy Policy.
12. Force Majeure
