Eligibility for Refunds

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the contract

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom software development

  • Website or mobile application development once started

  • Digital marketing campaigns already initiated

  • SEO, advertising, or paid campaigns in progress

  • Consulting, strategy, or design work once approved

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: info@cinetechstudio.com

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of payment

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Limitation of Liability

CINE TECH LIMITED  shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of data due to external factors beyond our control

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, misuse is detected, or payments are not made.
